Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all major centres across South Africa including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and more.
Cost: R250 for orders under R1,500 | FREE for orders over R1,500
Transit time: 1-3 business days within Gauteng, 3-7 business days to other centres

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and incur additional charges. Contact us for a quote.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day
- Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day
Collection
Customers based in Gauteng may arrange to collect their orders from our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to schedule a collection time.
Warranty & Returns
12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
All our equipment is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery. If a fault develops under normal commercial use, we will repair or replace the unit at no charge.
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal commercial use
- Does not cover wear items (blades, belts, seals), misuse, or damage from improper cleaning/power supply
- To claim: email info@caterera.co.za with your order number and a photo or video of the fault
7-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Return any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, for a refund of the product price (delivery fees excluded).
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery — email info@caterera.co.za with your order number
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Refund is processed to your original payment method once the item passes inspection
- Faulty on arrival? We collect and replace at our cost — do not return faulty goods at your own expense
