Commercial equipment shipments over R1,500 qualify for free logistics freight. Standard order shipments begin at a flat R150 rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Commercial-grade machinery and industrial kitchen products must meet peak operation. In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect logistics deliveries, please take note of our standard returns protocol:

• Notify our commercial returns desk within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Ensure all equipment remains completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original protective packaging.
• EFT refunds or equipment replacements initiate within 3 business days of item clearance at our logistics hub.
